This collection of CDs offered below, created by Elizabeth Patric, are portal journeys into universes within. Just as you can go on to the internet and get to the “google earth” portal, so too, you can go into meditative states and visit portals within. Each CD begins with an introductory explanation. You are then guided into a meditative state using breath work and imagery. Through a guided meditation, imagery and the supportive sounds of nature and music you will then journey to different portals in consciousness. The CDs were designed to bring you to these destinations in a direct way and are no longer than 1/2 hour in length. You can then spend longer once you are at the portal if you would like. The recordings are meant to be used at bedtime or in the early morning hours and cannot be fully experienced while driving or while otherwise distracted.

These portals are really not difficult to "get" to and it is our desire to show you how easy the journeys within can be.
